All hypnotherapy sessions are run in a relaxed, safe and supportive environment and I hold an Enhanced DBS check.
Due to having completed Post Graduate Training and experience in Primary Mental Health Care and experience working in a Chronic Pain Service ; when treating clients, I frequently combine hypnotherapy with low intensity (CBT) Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and coaching. I have also completed further on-line CBT for Menopause Training, various Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) training and Mindfulness in Therapy training.
